BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE POLICES BELOW. BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY 8 AM TO 5 PM. HOWEVER COLD PRODUCTS SUCH AS SEA MOSS, OR ELDERBERRY IS PERISHABLE AND ONLY SHIPPED MONDAY- WEDNESDAY

 TURNAROUND TIME ONLY INCLUDES BUSINESS DAYS.

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS.

Sezzle , Shop pay , Klarna and Quadpay Payments: There is a 3-4  BUSINESS DAY payment processing time for orders using this payment method ( does not apply to Ready To Ship items). Processing will not begin until payment is confirmed by the platforms used

MAMA T HERBS LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Please ensure you are providing your current shipping address when placing an order. If you entered your information incorrectly please email us within 48 hours to have it updated. After 48 hours the information can not be changed to prevent any shipping delays. All packages are shipped via USPS
