Refund Policy

Yes, you can return your order under the Mama T Herbs Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 15 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label, and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee of $9.95. *Returns are applicable only for USA orders. International orders are final sale. Please email mamatherbs@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number, and reason for your return, and we’d be happy to assist you.

If you are purchasing a service and wish to cancel, you will only be permitted a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.
